Principle to buy KCNL-FM San Jose
Principle Broadcasting Network has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire KCNL-FM in San Jose, California from The Aloha Station Trust, LLC. Principle specializes in multi-ethnic brokered time media and has operations in Boston, the New York City/Long Island, Dallas, and San Francisco/San Jose area (including KLOK-AM). The company is HQ’d Buffalo, NY.
KCNL-FM operates at 104.9 mHz, with 6,000 watts. Principle President/CEO Bill Saurer said, “Principle looks forward to operating both KLOK-AM and KCNL-FM in the San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area market and serving the multi-cultural community.”
