The 4.4M agreement sending five Decatur IL stations from Archway Broadcasting Group to Joyner Radio is officially in the books. The stations include WDZQ-FM, WCZQ-FM, WSOY-AM, WSOY-FM & WDZ-AM. Media Venture Partners repesented Archway, and Michael Bergner represented Joyner in the transaction.
