The price is out for the transaction sending five Clear Channel stations to BAS Broadcasting, headed by CEO Tom Klein and President Jim Lorenzen. The deal, which includes WLEC-AM, WCPZ-FM & WMJK-FM in Sandusky OH, and WTTF-AM & WPFX-FM in Findlay-Tiffin OH, is valued at 5.2M. Brokerage chores were handled by Patrick Communications and Kalil & Company.
