Alt-ernat plan for WCND

WCND-AM Shelbyville KY, east of Louisville, was part of a deal between Forever Broadcasting (which includes principals Donald Alt, Kerby Confer and Christine Hillard) and Sima Birach's Birach Broadcasting. In its original incarnation, the 300K deal included WNTJ-AM Johnstown PA. According to a new filing, the WNTJ portion of the deal has been approved by the FCC, and now the parties are refiling so the WCND portion can follow suit.
