Broker John Pierce tells us that the deal sending WMEJ-FM Huntington WV and WZWA-FM in Clarksburg WV from Paul Warren's Maranatha Radio to the ever-expanding Educational Media Foundation has closed. The price was 900K. Pierce noted that the stations take in much of West Virginia and range into southern Ohio as well.
