SLC AM headed for Epperson

Bonneville International is reducing its holdings in its home market of Salt Lake City, spinning an AM station to Julie Epperson. Once KUTR-AM has changed hands, Epperson will join the ranks of radio group owners. According to brokerage firm Kalil & Co., which handled the deal, Epperson already owns WBOB-FM, a Gospel outlet operating in the Rocky Mount NC area.
