NRG beats it out of Beatrice

Nebraska broadcaster Siebert Communications, headed by Rick Siebert, is going from three to four stations, taking advantage of a decision by midwest group NRG Media to spin off a recent acquisition. The station is KWBE-AM Beatrice NE. NBG picked it up with four other stations in the Lincoln market in a deal with Triad Broadcasting. It's located in the southeast corner of the state, where Siebert is already active with at least two stations in nearby Fairbury NE.
