Price revealed in Maine

Blueberry Broadcasting is paying 11M for the 17 Clear Channel stations it’s picking up in two Maine markets – Augusta-Waterville and Bangor. The contract also stipulates the full knowledge of the parties as to the grandfathered status of the Bangor contingent. It is expected that two FMs may have to be spun off, and if that is indeed the case, they will be WGUY-FM Bangor and WFZX-FM Searsport.
