Steven R. Bartholomew is not going to be setting up FM shop in South Heart ND after all. He’s selling the Class C1 CP to Western Edge Media for $150K cash. The buyer is comprised of William and Agnes Palanuk, Blake Messer and Robert B. Skinner. The station will be built on 105.7 MHz with 100 kw @ 220’.
