According to brokerage Kalil & Co., the sale of a sixpack of stations in Tennessee from Clear Channel to Crossville-based Peg Broadcasting Crossville LLC, headed by Jeff Shaw. The $550K deal includes WAKI-AM/WBMC-AM McMinnville TN, WSMT-AM/WRKK-FM/WTZX-AM Sparta TN and WKZP-FM Spencer TN.
