Andrew Guest, James Fort are partners, and Edward Seeger is the managing partner, and together the trio is picking up a DIY FM licensed to Chino Valley AZ. The station will serve the Flagstaff-Prescott market once it gets on the air. The station is being sold by Greg Dinetz’s Grenax Broadcasting. He’ll get $3M, and also may pick up a little extra in the event of a sale above that figure to a third party. The Class A is licensed to operate on 92.5 MHz with 1.5 kw @ 571’.
