Ratings recap: ‘Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains’ Finale and Reunion

A special one-hour live reunion a show follows tonight’s finale “Anything Could Happen.”


Who is the winner? Tonight as the final tribal council draws near, Survivors struggle to stay on top of their game as alliances crumble and everyone starts to play for themselves, on a special two-hour season finale of SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS tonight (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS.  

A special one-hour live reunion shows follows (10:00-11:00 live ET, delayed PT) hosted by Jeff Probst.   


Thursday May 13
– SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was Thursdays Number One program in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 and THE MENTALIST was tops in viewers, leading CBS to it ninth consecutive Thursday win in all key ratings measures, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for May 13.SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was first in households (7.7/13), viewers (13.28m), adults 25-54 (5.4/16) and adults 18-49 (4.1/13).  SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS matched last week’s performances in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 and added +220,000 viewers (from 13.06m, +2%).  SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was the night’s #1 program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 for the fifth  consecutive week.

Thursday May 7 – CBS swept its eighth consecutive Thursday as SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was again the night’s top program in key demos, THE MENTALIST was tops in viewers and CSI posted increases from the prior week, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 6.  SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was first in households (7.6/13), viewers (12.81m), adults 25-54 (5.3/16) and adults 18-49 (4.0/13).  Compared to last week, SURVIVOR was up +2% in adults 25-54 (from 5.2/15) and added +70,000 viewers (from 12.74m).  SURVIVOR: HEROES AND VILLAINS delivered its best viewers and adults 25-54 ratings since its season premiere.  SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was the night’s number one program in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 for the fourth consecutive week.

Thursday April 29 – SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was first in households (7.6/13), viewers (12.74m), adults 25-54 (5.2/15) and adults 18-49 (4.1/13).  Compared to last week, SURVIVOR was up +9% in households (from 7.0/12), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 4.8/13), +14% in adults 18-49 (from 3.6/11) and added +850,000 viewers (from 11.89m, +7%).  SURIVIVOR: HEROES AND VILLAINS posted its best deliveries in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since February 11, 2010 (the premiere of this edition).  SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was the night’s top program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
