The board of Saga Communications declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share for its Class A and Class B shares.
The dividend will be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record on March 28.
The company intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends in the future, according to the board.
That body will also consider declaring special cash and stock dividends.
Saga’s stock closed up 75 cents to close at $41 per share on Wednesday, according to the RBR Radio Index.
