Journal Sentinel Inc., the publisher of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and a wholly owned subsidiary of Journal Communications, announced a deal to acquire two magazines from Trails Media Group. Wisconsin Trails and Milwaukee Home & Fine Living are now part of Journal Sentinel under the deal, with no price tag disclosed. Additionally, we expect to generate revenue growth through the build-out of our lifestyle websites and print products as well as to take advantage of efficiencies in advertising sales, production and distribution," Brenner said. According to the announcement, 45-year-old Wisconsin Trails magazine celebrates the people, history, nature, travel, culture and other intriguing aspects of life in the Badger State. Milwaukee Home & Fine Living celebrates home design and stylish living in the greater Milwaukee metropolitan area.
