San Luis Obispo AM to Get New Owner


SoldJason Wolff’s El Dorado Broadcasters has sold a California coastal AM.

KVEC is licensed to San Luis Obispo, north of San Francisco.

American General Media California, led by Anthony and Rogers Brandon, is the buyer.

The price is $450,000. AGM was to make a cash deposit worth 5% of the price before closing. At closing the balance is to be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds.

KVEC is a Class B non-directional AM transmitting 1,000 watts day/500 watts night from a single tower; it operates on 920 kHz.
