At 10 p.m. ET, another encore “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.8 million viewers overall) ranked #2 among the major networks in the hour in adult, men and women 18-34 and adults, men and women 18-49. “CI” built on the prior hour’s results by 29 percent in 18-49 rating and 15 percent in total viewers.
