Affiliation agreements were due to expire New Year’s Eve for Sinclair Broadcast Group’s nine ABC stations. No agreement has yet been reached, but the talks continue and ABC continues to air on those stations.
Sinclair provided a brief update on the ABC situation as it upped its financial guidance for Q4. Sinclair said the ABC Network affiliation agreements have been extended for one month while the two sides continue to negotiate.
