The National Hockey League’s newest franchise has selected Skyview Networks to help it build a network of radio station affiliates.

The Las Vegas Golden Knights are an NHL expansion team, and a multi-year partnership between the team and Skyview was announced Thursday.

The Golden Knights in April inked a three-year deal with Lotus Communications that makes Fox Sports Radio affiliates KRLV-AM 1340 and KLAV-FM 98.9 the team’s flagship stations.

Team broadcasts and play-by-play airing on KRLV & KLAV will be distributed via satelite by Skyview. The team will also use Skyview’s AdView Inventory Management and Live Read Logging software to control all advertising inventory.

“We are thrilled to partner with Skyview Networks in our organization’s inaugural season,” said Vegas Golden Knights President Kerry Bubolz. “Their expertise in this space will ensure that our network affiliates receive best-in-class broadcast quality and business services.”

Skyview’s AdView Inventory Management software will provide an all-encompassing view of the inventory, with the ability to schedule spots, track revenue and generate real-time logs and reports from anywhere with an internet connection. Live reads will be treated as a standard commercial unit with instant affidavit generation for contract fulfillment.

The first regular season Golden Knights broadcast will be on Friday, Oct. 6, against the Dallas Stars.
