Differences in opinions about skywave protection are in full force at the FCC, with strong words about whether to keep, or reduce or eliminate skywave protections for Class As to allow more and smaller AMs to remain on at night.
We wrote about WRDN’s Brian Winnekins saying the commission acknowledges the possibility that local service would be of more value than long-distance listening.
