The finished the day 9.13 points, or 0.5% higher at 1,854.29. The Dow ended the session 74.30 points, or 0.5%, higher at 16,272.71.
The RBR Radio Index was up 12.243, or 1.4%, to 919.562.
The TVBR Television Index was up 4.358, or .6%, to 801.698.
