Sports Radio 790 and 101-7 (WKRD Louisville) announces Dave Jennings will join Tony Vanetti on the Afternoon Underdogs show. For the last six years, Jennings has entertained Sports Radio 790 and 101-7 listeners as part of the late morning Joe B. & Denny Show, featuring Hall of Fame coaches Joe B. Hall and Denny Crum.
Now, Jennings moves a few hours later in the day to co-host the Afternoon Underdogs. Announcing the new appointment, Clear Channel Louisville Market President Bill Gentry said, “Dave’s disturbed sense of humor matches up well with Tony’s. Plus, Tony could use some adult supervision.”
The Afternoon Underdogs air weekdays from 3PM to 5:30PM. Dave Jennings will join the show on Monday, 7/26, replacing Adam Neft, who left Louisville in April. A search begins immediately to fill the role Jennings is vacating on the Joe B. & Denny Show.
