Status Update: FCC Wants Input On TV Program Delivery

0

Come Oct. 10, the FCC’s Media Bureau could be inundated with comments filed in response to MB Docket No. 17-214.

That’s because the Bureau late Thursday released a Public Notice soliciting data, information and comment from the Commission’s 19th report on the status of competition in the market for the delivery of video programming.

Why? “We seek to enhance our analysis of competitive conditions, better understand the implications for the American consumer, and provide a solid foundation for Commission policy making with respect to the delivery of video programming to consumers.”
