Stocks ended mostly higher but trimmed earlier gains scored after a bigger-than-expected rise in February nonfarm payrolls. The S&P rose 1.01 point, or 0.1%, to 1,878.04, marking another record close for the index, which also posted a 1% weekly rise. The Dow also held on to gains, rising 30.83 points, or 0.2%, to 16,452.72, contributing to a 0.8% weekly advance.
The RBR Radio Index was up 12.905, or 1.4%, to 968.580.
The TVBR Television Index was down 19.474, or 2.4%, to 787.267.
