Stocks rallied Wednesday to end with best gains in more than a month after the minutes of the latest Federal Open Market Committee meeting revealed a more dovish stance than investors expected. Fed officials met in a secret meeting ahead of the FOMC to discuss dropping the 6.5% threshold for rate hikes. The Dow jumped 181.04 points, or 1.1%, to 16,437.18. The Nasdaq also jumped 70.91 points, or 1.7%, to 4,183.90.
The RBR Radio Index was up 12.357, or 1.3%, to 980.154.
The TVBR Television Index was up 36.876, or 4.5%, to 852.741.
