Stocks on Monday rallied towards yearly gains as Wall Street embraced emerging details of a budget deal that reportedly will have tax cuts extended for most households. Up 6.9% on the year, the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 122.74 points, or 1%, to 13,060.85.
The RBR Radio Index was up 17.144, or 4.1%, to 435.660.
The TVBR Television Index was up 25.593, or 7.5%, to 336.363.
