RBR-TVBRThe offices of M.K.S. Broadcasting’s Sports Talk KFMO-AM and sister Rocker KDBB-FM in Park Hills, MO were closed over the weekend after a Park Hills teenager plowed his SUV into the front of the station after hitting a patch of ice on the road the evening of 12/13. The driver, who was uninjured, was alone in the vehicle at the time of the accident, reported the Daily Journal there.

The now-boarded up opening at the front of the station was unwittingly placed there by a teenaged driver who lost control of his SUV around 8:20 p.m. after hitting a patch of ice on a nearby bridge, according to the Park Hills Police Department.

According to the story, no one was in the building at the time of the crash. Both KFMO and B104 remained on the air and suffered no programming disruptions.

MKS Broadcasting VP/GM Larry Joseph said anyone with a scheduled appointment or needing to speak with office staff about an emergency should use the back door to the station. A new front door will be installed soon to allow access for regular foot traffic.
