TeleFutura broadcast prime time increases by double-digits

In the Current 2009/10 Season, TeleFutura’s Broadcast Prime has Increased +40% among Total Viewers 2+ While Telemundo Registers a -10% Decline.

•     Compared to the same week a year ago, TeleFutura’s broadcast prime audience increased by double-digit margins among all key demographics, including Total Viewers 2+ (+10%), Adults 18-49 (+22%) and Adults 18-34 (+28%) while Telemundo’s audience experienced significant declines  of -24% among Total Viewers 2+, -23% among Adults 18-49 and -26% among Adults 18-34.
 
•      In the current 2009/2010 Season, TeleFutura is showing strong year-over-year audience growth during broadcast prime while Telemundo is reporting audience declines among Total Viewers 2+ (TF: +40% vs. TEL: -10%), Adults 18-49 (TF: +40% vs. TEL: -6%) and Adults 18-34 (TF: +44% vs. TEL: -2%) compared to the same period in the 2008/2009 Season.
 
•      For the third consecutive week, TeleFutura averaged more Adults 18-49 (499,000 vs. 487,000; +2% Adv.) and Adults 18-34 (316,000 vs. 249,000; +27% Adv.) than the CW Network during broadcast prime (M-sat 8p-11p, Sun 7p-11p).
 
•      TeleFutura’s 10pm novela “Las Muñecas de la Mafia” (Mafia Dolls):
•      Generated its highest weekly performance among Adults 18-34 (599,000) and the second highest among Adults 18-49 (843,000) since premiering on May 3rd, 2010.  
 
•      Additionally, TeleFutura’s “Las Muñecas de la Mafia” generated more Adults 18-34 (599,000 vs. 575,000; +4% Adv.) than Telemundo’s “Donde Esta Elisa” in the 10pm hour.
