And the hits just keep on coming! Independent representation firm The Tacher Company announced yet another client. This time it’s the Southern Oklahoma Radio Center as the group’s exclusive national rep.  The group operates KKAJ-FM, KTRX-FM, KYNZ-FM, and KVSO-AM and serves the Ada-Ardmore, OK and Sherman, TX markets.

KKAJ-FM is the only 100,000 watt radio station along Interstate 35 between Oklahoma City and Dallas.  This Country powerhouse appeals to a mass audience consisting of teenagers, seniors, and everyone in between. It’s especially popular with female demos.

KTRX-FM is the region’s Classic Rock outlet featuring the popular Andie Temple in AM Drive.  Andie helps KTRX listeners start the day with a kick as she is a true Rock Chick.

KYNZ-FM is a Classic Hits station appealing to adults who are fond of Pop, R&B, and Rock music from the late 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.  GTO 107 is all about remembering Good Times and The Greatest Hits.

KVSO-AM is Sports Talk format featuring ESPN in addition to local programming.  KVSO is the region’s home for anything and everything having to do with local high school sports.

Says SORC GM Michael Baer: “We have four great stations to offer advertisers and we have been telling our story locally very well.  We have not had anyone telling our story nationally however, and therefore we are delighted to align ourselves with The Tacher Company.  We know how successful Tacher has been for over 40 years in working with small market operators and we are very excited to have the rep firm become an integral part of our overall sales team.”
