In early August 2016, Roy Henderson notified the FCC that he had created a wholly owned limited liability company. This entity, N Content Marketing, would serve as the owner of an AM in Petoskey, Mich. and 1 AM and 3 FMs in Traverse City, Mich.
Two months later, RBR + TVBR learned that Henderson’s new entity sought FCC approval for a brand-new Class C2 FM facility in the resort community of Gaylord, Mich.
He’s not getting the new station, the Media Bureau has ruled. But, another entity can.
