Time Warner CableTime Warner Cable said it would agree to arbitration after six congressmen led by Rep. Brad Sherman (D-Sherman Oaks) sent a letter suggesting the move to DirecTV CEO Michael White and Time Warner Cable CEO Rob Marcus.
