Time Warner in talks to buy stake in Vice Media

vice_logoTime Warner is said to be in talks to buy a major stake in Vice Media, the global youth media company. In one potential deal, Time Warner could inject cable news network HLN into Vice in return for about half of the enlarged company. A deal could value Vice at more than $2 billion.
