Total Traffic & Weather Network (TTWN), the iHeartMedia-owned provider of traffic, weather, news and sports reports, has elevated two of its top executives.

Roger Nadel, an industry veteran with experience as Management/Marketing/Sales Editor at Radio & Records during the 2000s and as a top executive with CBS Radio, has been promoted to VP/Affiliate Sales and Compliance to SVP/Affiliate Operations, effective immediately.

Nadel reports to Premiere Networks President Julie Talbott.

In his expanded role, Nadel will manage the business relationships between TTWN and its more than 2,000 radio affiliates across more than 200 markets, particularly in the area of sponsorships.

Nadel joined TTWN predecessor Metro Traffic in 2008 for the role VP/Affiliate Sales.

Prior to joining TTWN, the majority of Nadel’s career was spent with CBS Radio. After 13 years in the newsroom of KNX-AM 1070 in Los Angeles, the last seven as Executive News Producer, he went to newly acquired CBS properties in Detroit as News & Program Director. Two years later, he was promoted to VP/GM of WWJ-AM & WYST-FM in Detroit. After four years, Nadel transferred back to Los Angeles for what was to become a seven-year term as VP/GM of KFWB-AM in Los Angeles.

He has also been VP/GM of the former Sporting News Radio affiliate in Los Angeles.

Concurrently, TTWN has promoted VP/Affiliate Sales Jack Dunkle to SVP/Affiliate Sales, also reporting to Talbott.

Dunkle’s resume includes stints as VP/Operations for Westwood One in New York, and as its VP/Affiliate Sales.
