Close encounter in New York

A pair of Florida-based companies have just concluded a New York City deal. Low-power TV 34 WPXO-LP is the station, and according to brokerage firm Kalil & Co., it is now officially in the hands of Carlos Barba's CaribeVision Station Group. It picked up the station from Ion Media Networks for 10M.
