On a clear day...

Clear Channel is sending another station to its pre-privatization parking lot, but this time, instead of an excess baggage radio station, a television station is the object of the application. Headed to caretaker Jeanette Tully and her Aloha Station trust is KCOY-TV, bringing CBS over Channel 12 to the Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-San Luis Obispo DMA. The station is licensed to the middle community in that lineup. The station joins a wide variety of radio stations.
