Tribune prepares for “The Bill Cunningham Show” (audio)
Following last week’s announcement that Tribune Broadcasting had given the green light to launch “The Bill Cunningham Show” in daytime syndication next year, RBR-TVBR talked to the veteran radio talk host about the TV venture and also got some insight from Sean Compton, Tribune Broadcasting president of programming, on what the show will be.
First off, RBR-TVBR Executive Editor Jack Messmer asked Cunningham whether he is trying to fill the gap that Oprah Winfrey will leave when her syndicated show wraps up in a few weeks.
