Univision primetime special focuses on separated children

Don Francisco is best known as the host of "Sábado Gigante," the long-running Saturday variety show that is still one of the biggest hits on Univision. But tonight, the host gets very serious for a primetime special, "Don Francisco Presenta: Los Angeles Inocentes" (Don Francisco Presents: The Innocent Angels). The program, airing at 10:00 pm ET/PT (with English closed-captioning) will focus the plight of the almost four million American children who face separation from their undocumented immigrant parents due to their possible deportation.

Interviewing various affected families, some already separated and reunited via satellite for the first time on the show, Don Francisco puts a very human face on a growing problem that affects many families in the US. In addition, a noted immigration attorney will join the discussion to give viewers guidance and the latest information regarding the various options and resources available to them.
