Can it really be 10 years already?
Lifetime Television will mark the 10th Anniversary of Princess Diana's Death with a special three-night programming event Saturday, August 25th, Sunday, August 26th, and Monday, August 27th, just before the actual anniversary date of August 31st. The special programming begins with the candid and explosive 1995 BBC landmark interview conducted by award-winning journalist Martin Bashir, during which Princess Di shared some of her most intimate secrets, which ultimately confirmed years of rumors and speculation, and sent shock waves throughout the British monarchy. That will be followed by the Lifetime Original Movie "The Murder of Princess Diana." Starring Jennifer Morrison, the movie is a fictionalized account of the book by the same name by Noel Botham, which theorized that the car crash that claimed the lives of the Princess of Wales, her companion Dodi Fayed and their chauffeur Henri Paul, was a conspiracy. If you miss it Saturday, don't worry. Both the movie and Bashir interview will be rerun on Sunday and Monday.
