Journal Communications’ acquisition of KWBA-TV (Ch. 58, CW) Tucson to create a duopoly with KGUN-TV (Ch. 9, ABC), announced a day ago, carries a price tag of 11.885 million.
The seller, Cascade Communication Ventures, is headed by President & Chairman Gregory Kunz. The sale was brokered by Larry and Susan Patrick of Patrick Communications.
