We now know the price that Withers Broadcasting will pay to double up in the Clarksburg-Weston WV DMA. It's getting WVFX-TV from Davis Television for 5M, 500K of which will be in the form of a non-compete. WVFX brings Fox into the market and also provides CW programming on a digital side channel. It'll double up with CBS WDTV-TV. Withers is looking for a failed station waiver to allow the combination, which otherwise will not be able to limbo under the local cap in this small market.
