Ion strikes carriage deal

Font size: Decrease font Enlarge font
The latest cable carriage deal for Ion Media Networks will put its suite of channels on systems serving more than 10 million homes that are part of the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC). The move comes just after Ion announced program additions to its flagship Ion Network and pitched them to advertisers at its Upfront.

Under the carriage deal, NRTC may offer its member systems the Ion Television Network along with its two sister linear digital networks, qubo for children and Ion Life, focusing on active living and personal growth.
