Univision has named Maelia Macin Vice President and General Manager of its Los Angeles stations, KMEX-TV (Ch. 34, Univision) and KFTR-TV (Ch. 46, TeleFutura). "I am thrilled to be returning to Los Angeles, where I spent 14 years of my career with Univision," said Macin, who started in 1990 at KMEX and rose through the sales ranks. She has most recently been VP/GM of the company's KAKW/KBVO duopoly in Austin, TX.
