Bernie Prazenica, President and General Manager of ABC O&O WTVD-TV (Ch. 11) Raleigh-Durham, NC, has been promoted to President and General Manager of the company's WPVI-TV (Ch. 6) Philadelphia. Prazenica had previously served as Director of Sales for WPVI from 1994 to 2002.
