Time Warner announced the appointment of John K. Martin as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective January 1st, succeeding Wayne H. Pace, who has announced his intention to retire at the end of this year. Martin has been Exec. VP and CFO of Time Warner Cable since August 2005.
