Loftus heads for the exit

Jack Loftus announced plans to retire this month as Chief Information Officer of The Nielsen. Going forward he plans to spend more time enjoying his grandchildren, who are no doubt more mature than the journalists he has had to tolerate for so many years. Responsibility for dealing with us temperamental press types now falls to Karen Watson.
