The Board of Directors at Equity Media Holdings has decided that Chairman Henry Luken will also serve as President and CEO of the company. Larry Morton, who had been President and CEO, is now Chairman, President and CEO of Retro Programming Services, the wholly-owned subsidiary which operates the Retro Television Network. Morton remains a member of Equity’s board of directors.
