Local TV LLC has promoted two of its General Managers to Regional Vice President: Lou Kirchen and Dale R. Woods. Kirchen will continue as GM of WNEP Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in addition to working with Huntsville’s WHNT, Norfolk’s WTKR and Memphis’ WREG. Woods, GM of WHO-TV Des Moines, will oversee WQAD in the Quad Cities, KFOR/KAUT in Oklahoma City and Ft. Smith’s KFSM.
