Bill Evans has joined Sinclair Broadcast Group as General Manager of KGAN-TV (Ch. 2, CBS) Cedar Rapids, IA. He will also oversee sales and other non-programming related services that Sinclair provides for KFXA-TV (Ch. 28, Fox). Evans was previously VP/GM of KPSP-CA (Ch. 38, CBS) Palm Springs, CA.
