New venture gets veteran

The new VOD joint venture by Viacom’s Paramount Pictures, MGM Studios and Lionsgate will have a cable veteran at its helm. Mark Greenberg has been named President and CEO of the company, which has yet to be named. With 25 years in the industry, Greenberg was most recently Exec. VP of Showtime Networks.
