Richard Pegram spent 13 years as GM of WTHR-TV Indianapolis and the last 13 years as GM of WTVR-TV Richmond. Now he is joining Scripps as Vice President and General Manager of WFTS-TV, the ABC affiliate in Tampa-St. Petersburg. We see a pattern, so check back with us in 2021 to see where he goes next.
