Sinclair Broadcast Group has elevated Barry Faber from Vice President and General Counsel to Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Also, Robert Malandra moves up to Vice President of Finance/Television for the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Sinclair Television Group. He had been Operations Controller.
